For this years Fire Prevention Week, the department focused on its two elementary schools. The department smokehouse was brought to Tigerville Elementary's fall festival, allowing us to show students what they should do in a smoke-filled room. Classroom visits were also set up at Mountainview Elementary to teach students what they should do when faced with a fire in their house.
